Please fill out the Order form and post it to us, enclosing as much detail as possible so that we can fulfil your requirements efficiently. Once we have received your order we will confirm it by calling you and then request 50% of the balance in order to cover suppliers costs. A one-off £10.00 proof charge will also be required. Your payment can be made by cheque (payable to: Tracey McAllister) or by Paypal.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has cleared we will begin work on your individual Wedding Stationery. We require a minimum of 6 weeks to produce your complete order once the final proof has been approved and signed-off. Should you need to make changes to any part of your order, dependent on the stage it is at a small charge may be required.
You will be notified when your order has been completed and a request for the final balance will be sent to you. Your order will be posted to you via a secure courier and will require a signature. Please read through our Terms & Conditions before placing your order with Cartes d'Amour.
We are very excited to announce that we will be exhibiting again at The National Wedding Show, Earls Court in October 2009. Pre-order your Invitation samples and pick them up from the show. As our designs are of a high quality we do require a small payment for samples, which will be refunded against any order made.
